At The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride, we ride for a purpose
Our focus is on gentlemen who have been dealt a tough hand in life. In particular, we raise funds for cutting-edge research into prostate cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention programs, as part of our mission to support men’s health globally.
These funds are invested by our partner, Movember, which is the world’s largest men’s health organisation.

Funds raised by The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride are invested into prostate cancer and men’s mental health initiatives around the world through our official charity partner, Movember.
Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health on a global scale. Since partnering with Movember in 2016, we’ve invested over AUD $34 million into cutting-edge research into prostate cancer tests and treatments, initiatives that improve quality of life for men living with the disease and innovative men’s mental health projects.

Inspired by photography featuring old-school dapper folks and classic bikes, DGR took shape as a themed ride designed to bring together the classic & vintage styled motorcycle community and later, men’s health.
In keeping with the classic lines of vintage-inspired motorcycles, The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride is a niche charity event that focusses on classically designed motorcycles, and dapper gentlefolk riding their bikes through the heart of their cities.
These bikes strictly include Café Racer’s, Bobber’s, Classic’s, Tracker’s, Scrambler’s, Old School Chopper’s, Modern Classic’s, Sidecar’s, Classic Scooter’s, and Brat Styled motorcycles to raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health programs.

The Classic Riders is an international social network dedicated to fostering and connecting local motorcycle riding communities. Welcoming, inclusive and progressive, we positively believe that bringing together people from all backgrounds, riding styles and experience levels collectively is invaluable. We are an open community of enthusiasts that actively supports and promotes motorcycle riding, sharing of mechanical knowledge and safety activism.
We connect people; we use our passion for motorcycles as a figurative engine to build, cultivate and grow strong networks. We also bring on the fun with organized rides, social events, and as well as with coordinating community outreach activities.
